RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, contact us at:

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA REQUIRED)

All returns require prior authorization.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide:

  • Return instructions

  • Return address

  • RMA number

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Item must be returned in the original packaging (where applicable)

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

RETURN SHIPPING

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, Auren will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your account.

EXCHANGES

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us for a replacement.

For all other exchange requests, please contact us before returning your item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
